I am a good carrier woman. I am married and have two sons. I have enjoyed my work but resently I have many problems to keep my job. Because I don't have much time to spend with my family. So two sons are campaining and My husband wants me to quit that job. What should I do?
Dear miss ‘work or family’
You have a problem in choosing work or family.
You like your job but also worry about your family.
If you do not spend more time with your family, your family will be far from you then when you are old, and retire the job you can’t join your family well. Then when you are really old, can’t live by yourself your son will not accept your living with him in happy mind, your life will be very lonely.
I think you should get a new job which can satisfy your achievement and also give much time to send with your family. Or do harder in weekday and spend your weekend with your family. One more thing you can do is ‘promotion’. Do your best to be promoted in a short time than you can be freer from your company.
If you do this, you can satisfy in your achivement and also you can spend more time with them and they will like you.
